1. Using the service

These terms govern your use of Intentional Chaos, operated by Sukara Technology (“we”, “us” or “our”). We ask new and existing account holders to accept these terms before continuing into the app. If you do not agree, do not continue using the service. You can still manage billing or request account deletion.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Acceptance of these terms does not replace any separate consent required by law.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to create an account. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you must have authority to agree for it.

2. Purpose and limits

Intentional Chaos is a tool for education, personal reflection and user-chosen experiments. It may include astrology, Human Design, numerology, Tarot and AI-generated content. These are interpretive lenses, not scientifically validated assessments, predictions of future events, diagnoses or fixed descriptions of who you are.

Coach is an AI feature. It does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice or emergency support. Do not rely on the service for decisions that require a qualified professional. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

AI responses and chart interpretations can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. We do not guarantee success or any particular personal, relationship, health, business or financial outcome. Results vary with your choices, circumstances and factors beyond your control.

3. Relationships and safety

No chart, compatibility interpretation or AI response can determine another person’s intentions or consent, guarantee a relationship’s safety, or show that it is destined. Do not use the service as a reason to remain in an unsafe relationship, excuse abuse, coercion, control or harm, or override your boundaries and lived experience.

If you feel unsafe, seek support from a trusted person or a local specialist domestic and family violence service to explore your options and plan safely. In Australia, 1800RESPECT offers support with safety planning. Abuse is the responsibility of the person using it; you are not responsible for harm someone else does to you.

4. Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Sign-in may use email or, where available, Google. Third-party sign-in and other external services are also subject to their providers’ terms. Access may be affected if your sign-in provider restricts or removes your account.

5. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and rights. You must not:

  • Submit information you do not have permission or another lawful basis to provide, including another person’s birth details or private communications.
  • Use the service to harass, exploit, threaten, impersonate or unlawfully discriminate against anyone.
  • Upload unlawful content, malware or material that infringes another person’s rights.
  • Bypass access controls, payment requirements, credit limits or security measures, or access another user’s information.
  • Disrupt the service, abuse automated requests or misuse the service to make consequential decisions about others, such as hiring, lending or medical decisions.

6. Your content and AI features

You retain any rights you have in the content you submit. You give us a limited permission to host, store, process, transmit and display that content as needed to provide and maintain the service, respond to support requests, protect the service and comply with law. This includes processing through the providers described in our Privacy Policy.

This permission does not give us ownership of your private reflections or permission to publish them as marketing material. You are responsible for the content you submit and for any sharing or use of generated output.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output for your own purposes. AI output may be similar to content produced for other users; we do not guarantee that it is unique, accurate or eligible for intellectual property protection.

Our software, branding and original learning material remain ours or our licensors’. These terms give you permission to access them through the service for personal use, not to resell the service or reproduce protected materials without permission.

7. Payments, subscriptions and credits

Some features require a purchase, subscription or credits. The price, currency, billing interval, included access and relevant limits are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments. Taxes and any additional charges will be shown where applicable.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through Account and the billing portal, or contact us for help. Unless checkout states otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting an app account or removing Google access is not a substitute for cancelling a subscription.

Credits are service units, not money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where required by law. Subscription-period credits expire or become unavailable at the end of their billing period. Purchased top-up credits do not expire at that period boundary, but use still depends on the relevant feature’s access requirements. The credit cost is shown for an action before you choose it.

One-time purchases grant the access described at checkout. They do not include every future feature or an unconditional promise that the service will operate forever. We will not reduce access already purchased merely by updating these terms.

If a payment or credit charge appears incorrect, or a paid generation fails, contact nivaaz@sukara.tech so that we can investigate and provide any correction or remedy owed.

8. Refunds and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights may include a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation, depending on the circumstances.

Any additional refund offer will be stated at purchase. For a refund request or a problem with paid access, email nivaaz@sukara.tech with the account email, transaction details and an explanation of the issue. Do not send full payment card details.

9. Availability and changes

We maintain and update the service, but outages, maintenance and third-party failures may affect availability. Beta or experimental features may change as we learn what works.

We may change features or pricing prospectively. Where a change materially affects paid access, we will provide reasonable notice and any remedy required by law. Price changes will not alter an amount already paid for the current period. If we discontinue a paid service, we will address unused paid access and credits in accordance with applicable law.

10. Suspension and account deletion

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these terms, non-payment, unlawful activity or a security risk. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it. Urgent protective action may be taken without advance notice. You can contact us to ask for a review.

You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion from Account or by email. Follow any confirmation steps shown in the app, and separately cancel any active subscription. Data handling after deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.

Ending access does not remove payment obligations already incurred or any rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

11. Responsibility and disputes

You decide whether and how to act on content from the service. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions, including evaluating relevant risks, checking information and obtaining qualified advice where needed. The service does not make decisions for you or replace your judgment.

We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law. These statements about personal responsibility and the service’s limits do not waive your mandatory consumer rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you have a dispute, contact us with the relevant details so that we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms prevents you from seeking a remedy through a regulator, tribunal or court available under applicable law.

12. Updates and contact

We may update these terms. The current version and its date will appear on this page. We will give appropriate advance notice of material changes, except where an urgent legal or security reason requires an earlier change. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights you already have.

Where a change requires your agreement, we will seek it. If you do not agree to revised terms, you can stop using the service, cancel future renewals and contact us about any remaining paid access.

Questions, complaints and legal notices can be sent to Sukara Technology at nivaaz@sukara.tech.
